Autumn Nails: Dalmatian
Ladies I have to admit that when it comes to getting my nails done, I’m a bit of a plain Jane. I don’t mind a pop of color like a classic red, but for the most part, I’m a natural length, square-shaped, coat of nude kind of girl. However, with the changing of seasons, I think it’s a good time for me to test my limits and do a fall nail makeover.
So, in the name of style I’ve created a nail series where I’ll be checking in with you every two weeks for the next six weeks with a new autumn nail update. I’ll be venturing out and trying bold colors and patterns to test how our nails can be an extension of our clothes and if they prove to be one of our best fashion accessories yet. If you’re anything like me you’re probably ecstatic because somebody else is willing to do the dirty work and give you all the scoop.
As you've probably seen by now, my first look includes lots of spots. I chose hand-painted " Dalmatian Nails" as my first trend to explore and much to my surprise I've been pleasantly pleased. These nails are not only a BOMB statement piece but they're also a crowd favorite. I've literally received the most compliments from men and women on the shape and design of these beauties than I've ever received on any nails in the past. The Dalmatian nail trend is clearly a banger but I have to say my favorite aspect is that it has a perfect touch of class to help you effortlessly transition from work to the weekend.
With that said, almond-shaped "Dalmation Nails" get a 10 out of 10 from me. So as I'm plotting what my next nail fix will be, check out more pics of this look and be sure to get a peek of what inspired me to get them. And if you have any nail trends you've been itching to try message me on Instagram here or in the comments below and I MIGHT be your guinea pig for the next few weeks.
