3 Fight Night Must Haves

Let's start with the most important question, if you've never been to a professional boxing match, what are you waiting for? I know, I may be a bit biased because I've been attending fight nights all my life, but let me tell you, it's a fun time! A professional boxing match is one of those sporting events where if you're not into the actual sport you can still have a great time. The people you'll meet, the fashion you'll see, and the parties you'll attend make the sweat and blood well worth it. In my case I actually enjoy boxing but I definitely live for the fashion.

There's no right or wrong way to dress for a boxing match. You'll see women wearing anything from t-shirts with cutoffs to silk gowns with jewels.Nine times out of ten you'll be going somewhere after the fight so I always say, dress comfortably but make it fashion. Whatever you decide, here are

3 fashion pieces I would never go to a boxing match without.

A pair of comfy & stylish shoes:The last boxing match I went to was Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury. I had the time of my life but after the fight we had to make a mad dash to a dinner that was being held in my dads honor. With all of the fight fans running after us screaming "Holyfield" we literally had to take our speed walking up to a full on jog. Thank God I put on shoes that were about that life because they were my saving grace!

A pair of sunglasses:Sometimes things get a bit messy in the ring and if you're sitting close enough ringside you may find yourself on television. You would hate to be live on Pay-Per-View looking like a deer in headlights so come prepared just in case. Throw a pair of emergency sunnies in your purse so if things heat up nobody knows that you're secretly crying on the inside.

A fashion forward jacket or coat: Typically it's never cold in an arena where there's thousands of fans squished together side by side. However, you never know where the night will take you. You may have decided to dress a bit more casual and then you meet Idris Elba and he invites you to his after party (anything can happen at a major boxing match so this is not far fetched) a fashionable jacket thrown over the shoulders can literally save your night!

XOXO,

EEH
