Cooking with Friends:Southwest Chicken Burritos & Stuffed Jalapeños

Hey Lovers! I'm back with another episode of CWF! And I've decided to up the ante and make this one Hot & Spicy. It's finally spring time and I'm getting us ready with a refreshing peach ginger Margarita and inviting the incredible chef Yaya to throw down in my kitchen. She's teaching us how to make Southwest chicken burritos and stuffed jalapeños that will have you wanting to slap your mama! Like they are that good! I've always been a lover of Mexican food and very curious on how to roll a perfect burrito. Well lets just say I definitely get my Mexican fix this episode and with a lot of practice I'm now a burrito rolling expert. Well, not really but I sure did try lol. But anyway, let's quit the small talk and get right to all of this deliciousness we managed to cook up.

Place rolled burrito in your skillet to get crispy on each side
Once golden on each side place burrito in a baking dish
